Compared to the current situation, Martínez explains that today “the market is in seller and not in buyer. That is to say, although it is sold, the demand is low in relation to the supply because the operations are originated mainly by necessity and not by investment.”

The advisor adds that current values ​​are historically low and that, although properties began to revalue in 2023, that trend might change in 2024 to reach a 2025 with better level of rotation, demand and price recovery. “Two years from now, the revaluation of a property might be between 20 and 30%,” she predicts.

In that sense, the agent and auctioneer Daniela Poblet agrees that the true growth in sales and revaluation might come in 2025 and adds: “In any case, in Neuquén we have a very special place in constant development and that is not going to change.” Albaine, for her part, also reinforces this idea that “in Neuquén we grow every year. I am optimistic but experience also tells us that we are going to continue growing.”

All the advisors also affirm that “if we think regarding the possibility of mortgage loans coming, growth will be greater and the middle class will be able to access their home more easily.”
