Progress in comprehensive improvement works in the Chacarita Alta neighborhood is highlighted

Asuncion, IP Agency.- The Ministry of Urban Planning, Housing and Habitat reported that significant progress has been made in the works concentrated in polygons 1, 2, 4, 5 and 11, through masonry and enclosure finishing works, within the framework of the comprehensive improvement works in the Chacarita Alta neighborhood.

Each home is designed according to the needs of the beneficiary family, but does not deviate from the line of a social housing, says the MUVH. The housing response has an integrated living room, kitchen and dining room, a bathroom and depending on the family unit, two to three bedrooms for the comfort of the unit.

Once the work is completed, the families will move into their new homes, with the peace of mind and security of continuing to live in the neighborhood where they were born.

The director of the Chacarita Alta Project, Edgar Galarza, said that the objective is to complete polygon 1 and deliver it to the first four beneficiary families.

These works demonstrate the efforts of President Santiago Peña’s government, which seeks to streamline processes so that families can enjoy a better quality of life through access to decent housing built in the community, the ministry said.
