Description of the company/organization

Founded in 2000, IFAC is an association under the 1901 law, whose purpose is to bring together all the players in choral art to share their thoughts and implement the resulting actions to promote and develop choral art in France. It brings together members who are individuals (choir directors, teachers, choir leaders, composers, etc.) and legal entities (national and regional choir federations, conservatories, master schools, etc.).
It is supported by the Ministry of Culture and benefits from various public or private sources of support depending on its actions.
It is a place for meetings, exchanges, and expertise around choral practice.
IFAC is active in research and training, creation and artistic and cultural education, and in the structuring of choral singing.
IFAC organizes think tanks and research groups, develops meetings and training courses, supports the creation of choirs, and works for the recognition and visibility of choral singing in society. It is a resource center.

Job Description

Reporting to the development manager, the production and communication attaché will be involved in the implementation of the association’s project in the areas of production and communication, and with varying degrees of autonomy.

Production Missions
• Implementation of the association’s communication: design of visual and video content, writing and formatting of communication materials, and dissemination on the various IFAC communication channels (newsletters, social networks, mailing, web, etc.)
• Coordination of working groups linked to the design of actions
• Prospecting and research of partners
• Monitoring the achievement of forecast budgets
• Organisation d’actions
• Project review and development of future projects

Communication
Development of the IFAC network (public and associative partners, etc.)
• IFAC database update
• Monitoring of information on calls for projects relevant to the association
Communication tools
• Newsletters
• Site internet
• Social networks
• Mailing
• Supports de communication

Contribution to the development of the association’s project
Life of the association
• Office, Board of Directors, general assembly
• Animation of the different working groups
• Animation of the network of members and development of this network

Search for public and private funding
• Monitoring of possible additional funding (grants, sponsorship) depending on the themes of the different actions, supervised by the development manager.
• Design and writing of the various files, supervised by the development manager.

• Études minimum bac+3
• Web communication and social networks
• Monitoring and implementation of projects
• Relational, editorial and adaptability qualities
• Knowledge of graphic design tools appreciated
• Knowledge of the functioning of institutions, local authorities, national and international specialist networks appreciated
