Bern, 15.11.2023 – In collaboration with the BPA, the Accident Prevention Office, the company PETZL calls for inspection of the “ASTRO” and “CANYON GUIDE” harnesses due to a risk of falling.
What danger results from the product concerned?
The openable ventral attachment point of the harnesses can open unexpectedly and cause the user to fall. This defect is due to poor machining of the metal D.
