Producers of family agriculture in Caaguazú receive supplies and materials from the MAG

Asuncion, IP Agency.- The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock delivered inputs, materials and equipment, with an investment of G. 467,916,000, to producers in the department of Caaguazú, within the framework of the Project to Improve the Performance of Family Agricultural Production in Paraguay of the National Directorate of Coordination and Administration of agricultural projects.

It was during a field day chaired by the head of the MAG, Carlos Giménez, in the district of Carayaó.

The head of the agricultural portfolio delivered on the occasion 36 cattle feeders; 36 6.5 HP gasoline engine forage harvesters; 36 cheese presses with 1 kilo molds; 36 electronic scales for 20 kilos and 36 stainless steel tables of 1 meter and 60 centimeters and 13,080 kilos of balanced feed.

Giménez highlighted the instructions of the President of the Republic, Santiago Peña, to go out and meet the people who receive government aid and, above all, to accompany them in the growth process so that they achieve a favorable impact on the economy of the rural sector.

He highlighted the continuous support of the government through the MAG to producers and peasant organizations, so that they have growth, an effect and impact on the economy.

He said that their motto is to help those who want to work, because they want the tools provided to fulfill the role of promoting development in family farming families.

In turn, the governor of Caaguazú, Marcelo Soto, expressed his gratitude to the government of Paraguay for being by the side of the producers of the department and emphasized that for the first time the MAG system is working in a coordinated manner.

In turn, Fidelina Avalos, president of the María Auxiliadora committee, thanked the minister for providing the contributions and projects that will make our work in the field a reality.
