There is a car, but you can’t pick it up – St. Petersburg residents have been facing such a problem in car dealerships since the beginning of May, wanting to pick up a long-awaited foreign car as soon as possible. Salon employees refer to the fact that FSUE NAMI, subordinated to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, is delaying the issuance of the title, without which it is impossible to transfer the car to the buyer. The problems, in particular, concern the popular Chinese brands Changan, Haval, Chery, Omoda, Exeed.
