Prizes were drawn among students who chose a course

As part of this, seventh- and eighth-grade students and their parents are informed about the opportunities offered by vocational training. Every year in Zala, three and a half thousand seventh- and eighth-grade students are considering continuing their education, and information was also provided at government office events for the decision. In addition, their website palyavalasztas-zala.hu has been operating for three years, where they present the professions, schools, and training opportunities available in each city. Current students and graduates, as well as former students who have achieved success in their profession, speak here. Those who visited the website were also offered a prize draw, the condition for participation was to fill in a series of questions related to career and school choice.
After the draw, the prizes were presented at the county hall on Wednesday afternoon by Dr. Grandmaster Rózsa Sifter. In his greeting, the head of the government office emphasized that choosing a career is a lifelong decision. And Zala is counting on young people, whose prosperity is provided by the multitude of jobs created in recent years.

Linda Koltai (Tófej, Kincskereső Primary School) and Kása Marcell (Zalaegerszeg, Petőfi Sándor Hungarian-English Bilingual Primary School) won a smartphone in the lottery, Richárd Molnár (Hévíz Primary School and Gyula Illyés Primary School) won a tablet, a laptop the winner was Laura Molnár (Zalaegerszeg, Öveges József Primary School), and Flórián Szépe (Lenti, Vörösmarty Mihály Primary School) took home the main prize of the electric scooter.

As seventh-grader Flórián Szép revealed to us, he is flirting with a career as a trader. Therefore, after the eighth grade, he plans to spend his high school years at the Báthory technical school in Zalaegerszeg. He would like to study to become a trader, but he does not yet know which field would be dear to his heart. His family did not influence his decision, because no one works in this field. It was clear from his words that he used to turn to Internet sites dealing with this kind of thing, and as he indicated, the possibilities inherent in bitcoin had already stirred his imagination. With this, he also revealed that he would also like to get to know the world of finance.
