Counselor: Prioritizing is essential to maintaining your mental health
Dr. Khaled Al-Jaber, a consultant in family medicine and psychiatry, directed the need to prioritize, advising not to keep up with the fast pace of life, even to maintain mental health.
Al-Jaber added, during his meeting on the Al-Sura program on the Gulf Rotana satellite channel, that the proper rhythm of life is calm, not speed and pressure, because it consumes the individual and affects his psychological health.
On the other hand, the National Center for the Promotion of Mental Health confirmed that leave is more a treatment for health than a period of rest.
