The Ministry of Housing, represented by the Urban Community Management Authority, will start booking the Saba project on September 22 and will complete the booking process for the Saba project on October 3, when the first phase of the Saba project will be expanded to No. 6 North start up.

The invoice payment is up to £244,000, so the applicant has paid 30% of the unit price and the remaining 70% is payable over 3, 5 or 7 years.
The three-year installment is £167,000, the five-year installment is £120,000, and the seven-year installment is £99,000.
As for the largest area, which is 141 square meters, the price of the apartment is 2 million pounds, 602 thousand pounds, and the seriousness of booking includes 150 thousand pounds and the payment of 15% of the completed unit price of 280 thousand pounds.
Installments amounted to £256,000 over three years, with a further £446,000 being paid in receipt.
