The family is also grateful for the well wishes they have received from all over the world. Kate had abdominal surgery around two weeks ago. The reason for this is not known; it is not believed to be cancer. Kate’s father-in-law, King Charles III, will also be born in the same hospital. (75) was treated for an enlarged prostate.
