Prince Marcus von Anhalt caused an animal cruelty scandal with an Instagram clip. The entrepreneur rejects the allegations – but now dog professional Martin Rütter is also involved in the debate.

Dubai – Prince Marcus von Anhalt (56) polarizes with pretty much everything he shares on the Internet. Most recently, he caused a scandal with an Instagram story: in it, the entrepreneur kicks a football with full force at a giant tortoise, which, frightened, retreats into its shell. Animal rights activists, celebrities and fans were equally shocked. While some are still outraged by the turtle clip, dog trainer Martin Rütter (53) is now sharing another scandalous video of the prince. But he doesn’t want to bully the 56-year-old – instead he offers him help.

Prince Marcus goes following his dogs

Rütter published a video on Instagram in which Prince Marcus insults his dogs in a slurred voice. Three of his four-legged friends are crouching in a gap in front of a window, panting. The owner consistently refers to one of the dogs as a “lazy bastard”. Then the shock: He grabs the smallest dog by the collar and throws it between the other two dogs.

Rütter writes: “I understand that cocaine and alcohol do not contribute to going through the world with a healthy mind. I take addiction seriously and sincerely wish you from the bottom of my heart that you will develop the courage to start therapy.” That is why he offers the brothel operator to find a new, good home for each of his pets as quickly as possible. The dog lover thinks Prince Marcus can “show greatness” by allowing help for himself and his animals.

Entrepreneur rejects animal cruelty allegations

Prince Marcus has not yet responded to the post. As “t-online.de” reports, however, he has already commented on the allegations of animal cruelty. “Horn plates form the outermost layer, underneath is the bone armor, which is covered by a periosteum. This is supplied with blood and traversed by nerve tracts. The horn plates are insensitive. This means that the turtle doesn’t feel anything directly on the shell,” he wrote in his Instagram story.

However, all animal protection organizations such as PETA see things differently and have already announced that they will examine the initiation of legal action in his adopted home of Dubai. After the video appeared, Oliver Pocher (45) settled accounts with Prince Marcus. Sources used: instagram.com, peta.de, t-online.de
