Soon Prince Harry (38) will travel to Germany. The renegade Royal flies to Düsseldorf on the occasion of the “Invictus Games”. Now he has published a video message to the participants – and in it he talks regarding his “path to healing”.
“I hope you’re excited and probably a little nervous. I’m both,” Harry begins the message. He can’t wait to see everyone and have the whole community together once more.
Then the redhead addresses the athletes with somewhat more emotional lines: “You are all on different sections of your healing path. We all are – we always will be.”
Since his royal exit, Prince Harry has repeatedly spoken openly regarding his mental health. He also revealed in his recently published memoir “Spare” that he suffered from an anxiety disorder at times in the palace. Therapy has been part of his life ever since. The duke makes no secret of this.
The Invictus Games is an international sporting event for wounded, injured and ill military personnel.
This year the games will take place from September 9th to 16th. Harry’s wife Meghan Markle (42) will also be there for a few days.
