“He is not very stable psychologically and that, real psychiatrists might tell, it started with the death of his mother,” said James Jackson, historian and specialist in the monarchy, in an interview with TVA Nouvelles.

The latter explains that Prince Harry lost his role as “substitute” when Prince George was born and that now he feels rejected.

“The alternate is more positive than saying the disposable spare tire. Because now he can be thrown away and he feels rejected by his family. So the fact is he keeps saying, here I am, I count for something,” says Jackson.

The multiplication of shocking revelations regarding the royal family following the recent interviews of the prince and his wife Meghan, the broadcast of the documentary on Netflix and the forthcoming publication of these memoirs is becoming “painful for everyone”, believes the specialist in the monarchy.

“At the beginning, we were curious, we were even voyeurs, I believe, but it becomes too sordid, too perverse sometimes. Do we really want to know all the wrongs committed between two brothers? It’s getting too much,” says James Jackson.

However, he is of the opinion that these revelations will never stop.

“Because what more can he do? In fact, he will spend the rest of his life saying: well, I count for something, ”he analyzes.
