Amazon Prime Video revealed the release date and the first images of Los Farad, a series created by Mariano Barroso and Alejandro Hernández, which will star Miguel Herrán, famous for having played Río in The Money Heist. Susana Abaitua will accompany the Spaniard in this starring role and the cast will be completed by: Pedro Casablanc, Adam Jezierski, Nora Navas, Amparo Piñero, Fernando Tejero, Igal Naor and Makram Khoury.
The fiction will premiere on December 12 on Amazon Prime Video and its first season will have eight episodes.
“The series will introduce the audience to Marbella in the 80s with Oskar, a boy who dreams of setting up a gym and who, with the help of Sara Farad, ends up entering the fascinating world of the Costa del Sol, his jet set, its eccentricities and its geopolitics. This new world opens up to him thanks to Los Farad, a family that offers him a future, but with the most unexpected of trades: arms trafficking,” the official synopsis advances.
