This is how I. Šimonytė reacted to the discussion on Facebook regarding participating in the controversial OpTv online television.
“As I understand it, Šimonytė will file a complaint with the Seimas ethics watchdogs that Širinskienė also visits OpTv,” wrote A. Širinskienė.
“Bathing in shit is your personal choice, although you can do it every day if you like. Don’t expect a complaint, because it hasn’t happened yet that I know what you are doing in those fields with your nightingale voice. But please be kind to my advisers without accusing them of unnecessary things”, replied I.Šimonytė.

Earlier this week, I. Šimonytė addressed the Seimas Ethics and Procedures Commission regarding A. Širinskienė’s statement, when the MP named Oleg Shurayevas, the comedian who used obscene words in the Seimas, as an advisor to the Prime Minister.
