Financial guarantees
- In the event of broken glass : as part of our agreement with the networks of approved professional repairers and upon presentation of the green card with the mention “Guaranteed Glass Breakage”, the service provider carries out the work without advance payment and you will only pay the amount of the excess indicated on the green card.
- In case of accident : if following a covered accident, you have your vehicle repaired in one of our 1,500 approved garages throughout France, you will not have to pay any fees (only the contractual excess provided for in your contract will be claimed from you)
- In the event of theft or total loss of the vehicleif you have subscribed the replacement value compensation option (possible until the first 36 months of your vehicle), you are reimbursed up to the purchase value of your vehicle upon presentation of the invoice paid to an automobile professional.
- Your ecological commitment is recognized with 5% reduction on your car rate if you insure a “clean” vehicle (CO2 emission rate less than 120 g/km)
