Secondly, the dollar index, the DXYwhich tracks the performance of the US currency against a basket of six major currencies, has won 0.32%being in 102.160 at 11:30 a.m. ET.

Meanwhile, emerging currencies are trading in negative territory, with the Mexican peso positioning itself as one of the currencies with the biggest losses against the dollar this morning, but outlining its fifth weekly advance.
