The on-demand delivery platform within and between cities, Lalamove, released three delivery features, namely priority, regular and pooling delivery.
These three features aim to provide various delivery options to meet various people’s delivery needs flexibly.
Managing Director of Lalamove Indonesia, Andito B Prakoso said, based on user survey results, his party found that the two most important factors when considering shipping goods were price and delivery speed.
“As a form of our efforts to continue to improve service and customer satisfaction, we are launching priority, regular and pooling features. Through this feature Lalamove users can be more flexible in choosing delivery options based on their needs,” he said, Tuesday (15/10).
He explained that these three delivery features make it possible for Lalamove users to adjust the delivery they want to make according to their needs and desired benefits.
First, features priorityget drivers faster, is the best choice for users who need fast and urgent delivery services. Second, the regular feature makes it possible for users to carry out standard daily deliveries.
Third, features poolingi.e. adjacent orders will be combined into one shipment, suitable for non-urgent shipments and helping users save on shipping costs.
He continued, through the survey, his party also found that one of the highest utilization was business delivery.
Through this choice of delivery features, he hopes to help business people, especially MSMEs, to get delivery services that suit their needs, both in terms of logistics cost efficiency by using the pooling feature and priority features for smooth delivery so that it reaches customers quickly.
“Our commitment as a delivery platform is to grow and develop together with MSMEs, driver partners and users. “With these various delivery features, it is hoped that it can help MSMEs and users’ needs for daily deliveries,” he said.
“Our driver partners can also experience flexibility and have the opportunity to increase their income by taking priority orders to get higher rates or pooling orders to take more than one order at the same time,” concluded Andito. (H-2)
