Undernutrition is a pathological situation that threatens the health, autonomy and life expectancy of elderly people. Too often ignored, it leads to a loss of muscle reserves and aggravates a state of fragility in the elderly. There are many factors that push seniors to reduce their diet: lack of appetite as olfactory and taste abilities diminish, loneliness, physical or psychological fatigue or even loss of autonomy.

Nutrition advice

This is why Hygie Sport has decided to set up a collective action, financed by the departmental council, which will be offered free of charge between January and June to around ten participants. It will consist of offering workshops on different themes related to nutrition adapted to seniors, so that each participant receives nutrition advice adapted to their needs.
