The meeting between the Katangaise Foundation and the DG of the ARSP is widely commented on by the newspapers published this Wednesday.

This NGO claims The Dailyhad as a distinguished guest, Miguel Kashal Katemb, Director General of the Regulatory Authority for Subcontracting in the Private Sector (ARSP).

Appointments to the National Intelligence Agency

The recent presidential orders also interested the newspapers published this Wednesday.

Pour AfricanewsFélix Tshisekedi signed two orders concerning the ANR. Through these texts, he claims, Tshisekedi created a new department called “The Department of Economic and Financial Intelligence”. The latter, continues this daily, will be headed by the Principal Administrator, Alex Kabuya Mulumba.
