Due to the allegations of massive breaches of public procurement law and disregard of the state objective of animal protection, a procurement control procedure was initiated.
Salzburg (OTS) – The Verein gegen Tierfabriken (VGT) shows solidarity with the applicant and supports the request for a review of the new Fiaker contract, which would result in significantly worse conditions for the horses due to the extension decided in November 2022. The court hearing is scheduled to take place in April 2023.
