For the presidential inauguration this Sunday, August 7, the District has launched a package of security measures that will start from August 6 at 6:00 p.m. until Monday, August 8 at 4:00 a.m.
The first of these is the security zone that will run from Calle 19 and Calle 7, between Carreras 4 and 10. It should be clarified that Calle 19 and Carrera 10 will be enabled in both directions and Calle 7 in the West-East direction.
For those who go to the Plaza de Bolívar, entrances were exclusively enabled on Calle 19 for Carreras 7 and 8, and on Avenida Jiménez with 10.

Restrictions to enter the Plaza de Bolívar:
- DO NOT enter minors.
- NO admission of intoxicating beverages.
- NO entry of firearms (Includes security personnel / security schemes).
- NO entry of Umbrellas, Blunt Elements and other items that can cause injuries.
- NO entry of pets
- NO entry of bicycles
- NO entry of people wearing soccer team shirts.
Citywide restrictions:
The sale and consumption of intoxicating beverages in public places or open to the public or whose private activity transcends the public is prohibited.
The circulation of motorcycles is restricted except those used by security and emergency agencies.
The transport in vehicles of any type of traction with rubble, junk, gas cylinders and/or with pyrotechnic articles will be prohibited, except for the transport of medical oxygen.
