Neither Ousmane Sonko nor Karim Wade appear on the final list of 20 candidates for the February 25 presidential election. The Senegalese Constitutional Council published this list on Saturday. The list includes the candidate of the presidential camp, Prime Minister Amadou Bâ, the former heads of government and opponents Idrissa Seck and Mahammed Boun Abdallah Dionne, the former mayor of Dakar Khalifa Sall and Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye, ally of Ousmane Sonko.
