The 2023 elections are fast approaching in the DRC.
Potential presidential and national and provincial legislative candidates are preparing.
In this logic, nationals of the provinces of Haut – Uélé, Bas – Uélé, Ituri and Tshopo have raised 100,000 USD for the deposit of candidate Félix Tshisekedi for the Presidential election supposed to be held on Dec 20, 2023.
The Head of State received the donation on Wednesday following an interview.
The representatives of the Dynamics of Political and Community Leaders of the Grande Orientale made this gesture on behalf of the community.
Addressing his guests, President Tshisekedi presented and explained the Development Program of the 145 Territories which he considers as the solution to the various problems mentioned and of which he calls for real ownership.
In an interview with Jeune Afrique Denis Kadima said that his organ cannot fall into the trap of postponing
integral.
« If the situation does not improve by December 20, it will have to be reassessed. But it will be a
political decision, the Ceni will not be able to decide on its own” , he said.
