Air Force Plane One, carrying President Yoon, First Lady Kim Kun-hee, and their entourage, landed at Seoul Airport in Seongnam at around 6:07 a.m. that day.

At the airport, Minister of Public Administration and Security Lee Sang-min, People Power Party leader Han Dong-hoon, People Power Party floor leader Choo Kyung-ho, Chief of Staff Chung Jin-seok, Senior Secretary for Political Affairs Hong Chul-ho, and First Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Kim Hong-gyun came out to greet President Yoon and his wife.

President Yoon and Mrs. Kim got off Air Force One at 6:09. President Yoon wore a navy suit with a beige necktie, while Mrs. Kim wore a black shirt and pants with a beige jacket.

President Yoon shook hands with Minister Lee and spoke for about 50 seconds. Representative Han stood next to him, holding his hands together. President Yoon then shook hands with Representative Han, Floor Leader Choo, and Chief of Staff Jeong in turn before getting in his car and leaving the airport.

During his four-day, two-night visit to the Czech Republic, President Yoon attended a number of important events, including the Korea-Czech Republic summit, a meeting of prime ministers, a Korea-Czech Republic business forum, a nuclear power plant company inspection, and a nuclear power plant full-cycle cooperation agreement signing ceremony. He raised the possibility of winning the contract by providing all-out support at the summit level for the final contract for the new Dukovany nuclear power plant.

In particular, during this visit, the two countries reached an agreement on a cooperation system covering the entire nuclear power plant life cycle, establishing a ‘nuclear power alliance’ and laying the foundation for joint entry into the European nuclear power plant market.

In addition, President Yoon, through his meeting with Prime Minister Petr Piala, adopted a joint statement to further strengthen the ‘strategic partnership’ between the two countries and an ‘action plan (2025-2027)’ to realize the vision for a future-oriented relationship.

Another achievement is that it laid the foundation for promoting cooperation in all areas beyond nuclear power plants, including bilateral trade and investment, advanced industries, science and technology, transportation, infrastructure, and finance.
