The vaccination campaign aims to reduce the demand on health services due to respiratory diseases during the coldest days of the year. That is why the influenza, covid-19 and pneumococcal vaccines will be applied.
The vaccines are directed especially at risk groups: children from 6 to 35 months of age and adults over 60 years of age; as well as health workers, pregnant women, postpartum women and people with risk factors.
The doses once morest influenza correspond to the quadrivalent vaccine and once morest covid-19 to the bivalent. Both are updated within the regular scheme for their application once a year. The pneumococcal vaccine, on the other hand, is aimed at people over 60 years of age who have not received this dose in the last five years.
