The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, said this Monday (06.26.2023) that the mercenaries of the Grupo Wagner they might join the Russian army or go to Belarus, following they the paramilitary group will carry out an armed rebellion.
“They have the possibility to continue serving Russia with a contract with the Defense Ministry or other law enforcement agencies or return to their family and loved ones,” the president said. “Whoever wants can go to belarus“.
