President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, will not attend the Ibero-American Summit

He President of Venezuela, Nicolás Madurowill not finally attend the Iberoamerican Summit which starts this Friday in Santo Domingo but will send instead to the Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, as confirmed to Europa Press by sources from the Venezuelan government.
