Panama’s new president, José Raúl Mulino, hoped that Venezuela would “listen to the will of the people” in the presidential elections scheduled for July 28.

On July 3, the United Nations (UN) High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Türk, spoke out on the elections scheduled for July 28 in Venezuela, during an interactive dialogue with the organization’s member states.
