Relatives of union leader Bladimir Josué Tremaria reported his alleged detention following spending three days missing in Ciudad Guayana.
Tremaria, who is president of the United Front of Socialist Workers of the Bolívar State (Futseb), was last seen on the night of Friday, July 7.
The 36-year-old citizen left a sporting event in San Félix bound for his home, however, he never arrived.
The relatives began their search, since Tremaria did not answer her phone and the van in which she was traveling did not appear.
Unofficially, it was announced that the union leader would be detained, however his relatives and co-workers denounced that they do not know his whereregardings and demand that his situation be clarified.
Tremaria, leader of the construction sector in Guayana, would have been linked to sports activities, as well as sanitation of schools and fields in the town.
