On the 22nd, President Moon Jae-in said, “The situation in Ukraine is entering a serious phase.”

President Moon held a video cabinet meeting at the Blue House in the morning of the same day and said, “As soon as the state affairs meeting is over, I hope that you will hold an external economic and security strategy meeting with the NSC Standing Committee to share information and review the countermeasures once once more.”

“President Moon will preside at the NSC on the current situation in Ukraine at 11 am today,” Blue House spokeswoman Park Kyung-mi said on the same day.

“Today, the NSC presided over by President Moon will be held together with the Foreign Economic and Security Strategy Meeting,” he said.
