President Moon encourages Paralympic athletes… “All players are winners”
[아시아경제 이지은 기자] President Moon Jae-in encouraged the athletes who participated in the closing ceremony of the Beijing Winter Paralympic Games on the 13th, saying, “All the athletes are winners.”
President Moon said in a social network service (SNS) message on the same day, “The 31 national team players and coaches who stood shoulder to shoulder with the world’s representative players with passion and fighting spirit all worked hard.”
President Moon said, “Even though they didn’t win medals, all the players who did their best every moment with fighting spirit that went beyond their limits were winners,” said President Moon.
President Moon said, “The wheelchair curling ‘Jang Yoon-Jung Confession’ team had a great counterattack, and the ice hockey team blew the ‘puck of persistence’ without hesitation. It showed that he is,” he said, congratulating each player. He also mentioned the performances of Lee Choong-min, Lee Je-hyeok, and Park Soo-hyeok of the snowboarding team, and the youngest member of the national team, Sara Choi of alpine skiing.
