More than 30 thousand people from Aragon gathered in La Victoria to support the reelection of Nicolás Maduro
In this regard, Ruth Gálvez, entrepreneur and teacher, stated that in Aragua the people have multiple reasons to re-elect the current Head of State, one of them being the economic stability and deceleration of inflation in Venezuela in 2024.
“Of course President Nicolás Maduro should be reelected, because he has shown us, above all, the economic blockade that we have imposed, he has given us economic alternatives such as entrepreneurship, which is why in recent months we have seen how we have made progress in the country’s economy. We came from a dollar that was eliminating us and he was able to stop it. He has been a man of a thousand strategies to get us out of difficulties,” he said.
Likewise, Gerardo Pérez, a 64-year-old retired worker, said that Nicolás Maduro is the best option because he was able to defeat the parallel dollar, as well as the “criminal” attack on Venezuelan families, the main objective of the extreme right to bring the population to its knees. “For my part, I can say that we have seen quite an improvement, because we saw ourselves quite strangled, now we are better off than before, we suffered the consequences of the economic war and the criminal dollar, but thanks to the President’s management I feel that we are improving, now with my pension I compensate one thing with the other, so we are doing better, that is why I welcome this dialogue between Venezuela and the United States and that they reach an agreement, that they respect us.”
Likewise, Juan Caballero, a 72-year-old retiree and pensioner, highlighted that with the creation of the 1×10 Good Government tool, created by President Maduro, more than 38 thousand cases have been treated in Aragua, only in the health area, “I am benefited with the social missions and specifically in the health area, I am ready to have cataract surgery, in the military hospital, look, an operation that costs thousands of dollars, today I am favored.”
This is how the people of Aragua who gathered in La Victoria, assure that Nicolás Maduro is a guarantee of peace for the nation, social stability and economic growth, he is an example of sovereignty, because even though Venezuela has been besieged by sanctions and the US blockade, “we have moved forward without kneeling to the empire,” said Juan Caballero.
