President Luis Abinader upon his arrival on Dominican soil.
SANTO DOMINGO.- After exhausting an agenda of meetings with Dominicans in New York City, which included the first participation of a president in the Dominican Parade in Manhattan, President Luis Abinader returned at 7:00 p.m. this Sunday to the country.
During the trip, the ruler was accompanied by his wife, the first lady Raquel Arbaje; the President of the Senate, Eduardo Estrella and the Administrative Minister of the Presidency, José Ignacio Paliza.
Upon his arrival on Dominican soil, the president was received by the Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Carlos Luciano Díaz Morfa; the commander of the Dominican Republic Air Force, Major General Carlos R. Febrillet and the commander of the First Dominican Presidential Guard Regiment, Brigadier General Guillermo Caro Cruz.
During his stay in the US city, the president participated in the Dominican Parade in Manhattan, met with compatriots, handed over keys to apartments in the Dominican Republic to Dominicans residing in that city, and led the signing of the approval of licenses with that State.
