President Joko Widodo’s attorney, Otto Hasibuan, said that Thursday (25/4), the Central Jakarta District Court had decided that the accusation regarding President Joko Widodo using a fake diploma was not proven.
“Regarding the fake diploma that was accused of Pak Jokowi, it is not true. “The Central Jakarta District Court has decided that this is not true,” said Otto at a press conference in Senayan, South Jakarta, Thursday (25/4).
He asked the party who accused and filed a lawsuit regarding the fake diploma to prove it.
“If you accuse Jokowi of using a fake diploma, prove that Mr Jokowi used a fake diploma. At trial we said that was not true. “Mr Eggy said prove it, please,” he said firmly.
Another decision that has also been made by the State Administrative Court (PTUN), said Otto, is related to accusations of dynastic politics by President Joko Widodo. The lawsuit, he said, was not proven.
“Another lawsuit, which is in the PTUN, concerns a case where there are allegations regarding political dynasties. This decision has already been made, made by the PTUN some time ago. And the lawsuit was declared not accepted. “So that proves that the issue of political dynasties has actually never been proven in the PTUN,” he explained. (Dis/Z-7)
