El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele announced Thursday that the new Minister of Culture, Raúl Castillo, will proceed to dismiss more than 300 employees of that State portfolio for promoting an agenda not suitable for the general public.
“At this time, the new Minister of Culture, Raúl, will proceed to dismiss more than 300 employees of the Ministry, who promote agendas that are not compatible with the vision of this Government,” said the President.
The Head of State recalled that “the people chose a path and that is the path we are going to take,” referring to the “Bitter Medicine.”
The decision comes following Culture employees authorized the staging of the play “Inmoral” that promotes the 2030-LGTBI agenda, which goes once morest the principles of Salvadoran families.
At this time, the new Minister of Culture @raulncastillo will proceed to dismiss more than 300 Ministry employees who promote agendas that are not compatible with the vision of this Government.
In addition, we will save public funds in the process.
