Through his Twitter account, President Boric indicated that what happened to Fernández de Kirchner should be repudiated and condemned throughout the continent, along with sending his solidarity to the former ruler of Argentina.
“The assassination attempt on the vice president of Argentina, Cristina Fernández, deserves the repudiation and condemnation of the entire continent. My solidarity with her, the Government and the Argentine people. The way will always be the debate of ideas and dialogue, never weapons or violence,” Boric tweeted.

In addition, the Foreign Minister of Chile, Antonia Urrejola, maintained on her Twitter account, where they make a call to protect democracy, along with sending all of Chile’s solidarity to the Argentine government and to the current vice president.

These facts remind us of the importance of protecting our democracies every day from intolerance and political violence. All our solidarity with the vice president, the government and the Argentine people,” tweeted the chancellor.
