An ethical solution
The company’s solution, deeply rooted in our own family’s multi-generational coffee growing tradition in Colombia, begins with direct and ethical acquisition from award-winning specialty coffee and tea producers, located in regional high altitude (+2000 Meters), where the constancy of their agricultural traditions allows them to obtain high quality in their harvests. These high altitude regions, surrounded by forests and unspoiled nature, naturally produce sweeter ingredients, reducing the need for added sugar in our final products.
Commitment to sustainability
Certified as ‘LOCAL’ by BIOINSPECTA and aware of the importance of local processing from a sustainability and freshness perspective, Green Wheel roasts their coffee in Geneva, and also produces their organic iced teas and ginger drinks in Swiss. The café is also proud to contribute to a carbon offset program in Guataqui, Colombia, where it has already planted 1000 native trees to give back to the environment and community.
