Bringing together 627 master bakers and pastry chefs, the competition, which took place between June 15 and July 15, 2023, saw 19,000 consumers nominate “their” favorite business in the five French-speaking provinces of the country. With, as big winners, the following establishments:

In total, 100 bakeries and pastry shops have been rewarded by Apaq-W. As a reward, they will soon receive a diploma and a sticker for their shop window. “They will thus be able to proudly display the title of ‘preferred bakery-pastry shop 2023 in their region’ and testify to the recognition of their customers for their unequaled know-how and the quality of their products”, underlines the Walloon Agency for the promotion of quality agriculture. “Hoping that this visibility will attract even more lovers of good breads and pastries prepared with love.”
