Trento –
Bos Pramac Paolo Campinoti was disappointed because Ducati choose Marc Marquez. Campinoti believes Marquez’s presence will create tension in the Ducati garage.
Marc Marquez has been decided as the new tandem Francesco Bagnaia at Ducati starting MotoGP 2025. The Italian manufacturer chose Marquez even though he was very close to promoting it Jorge Martin from Pramac.
The decision to promote Marquez created a domino effect. Starting with Martin crossing over to Aprilia, then Pramac chose to no longer be a Ducati satellite team by “defecting” to Yamaha. Meanwhile Enea Bastianini joined Tech3, after not being retained by Ducati.
On the other hand, there are quite a few who doubt the harmony of Pecco Bagnaia-Marc Marquez next season. As is known, so far Bagnaia is Ducati’s number one rider, while Marquez will have the ambition to win the world title again after a long fast for titles.
“Ducati behaved perfectly with us, like true gentlemen, but I have no doubts about this. They made a choice that I really don’t agree with,” said Campinoti as reported by Mowmag.
“I think next year there will be tension in their garage. It’s useless to pretend the situation won’t be like that. It’s useless to talk about it with false good intentions, there will be a very tense situation.”
“They decided to lose a lot of people who love Ducati. I’m talking about us, Pramac, Martin, who I think deserved a chance, and Bastianini. All for one man,” Campinoti said, referring to Marc Marquez.

Motorbike Madness: The Marquez Drama Unfolds!
Welcome, dear readers, to the spectacle that is the MotoGP circus! Grab your popcorn because in the latest act, we’re treated to some serious backstage drama courtesy of Marc Marquez and his illustrious new home at Ducati. The plot thickens faster than a bodybuilder on protein shakes!
The Displeasure of Paolo Campinoti
So, let’s dive right in: Paolo Campinoti, the illustrious head of Pramac Racing, isn’t exactly throwing confetti to celebrate Marquez’s arrival. In fact, he’s more confused than a chameleon in a bag of Skittles! Campinoti’s disappointment is palpable as he believes that Marc’s big debut could turn the Ducati garage into a soap opera – think “As the Bike Turns.”
Conflicting Riders: A Recipe for Tension
With Francesco Bagnaia holding the title of Ducati’s top rider, Marquez’ bid for dominance is lighting the fuse for what could be an explosive showdown. The question on everyone’s lips: how long until the garage resembles a reality TV reunion? Rumor has it they’ll be throwing chairs soon!
“Ducati behaved perfectly with us, like true gentlemen,” Campinoti said, clutching a metaphorical dagger. “But I have no doubts about this. They made a choice that I really don’t agree with.” Well, Paolo, that’s one way to put it! It’s like choosing to invest in a shaky stock market instead of that solid savings account!
Marc’s Ambition: A Double-Edged Sword
Let’s not sugarcoat this: Marquez is on a quest for glory after a prolonged dry spell in the title department. You can’t blame him, can you? It’s like waiting for the next season of your favorite show—frustrating but oh-so-welcome when it finally arrives.
As Campinoti pointedly noted, “I think next year there will be tension in their garage.” Well, slap my thigh and call me an optimist! The drama is brewing, and it’s bound to bubble over like a pot left unattended on the stove. And who will be the collateral damage? Poor Jorge Martin is off to Aprilia, while Enea Bastianini joins Tech3, as loyal Ducati fans clutch their pearls.
The Domino Effect: Who’s Left Standing?
This decision has triggered a domino effect, like a particularly chaotic game of Jenga. The loss of Pramac as a satellite team? Sadly, your Ducati merchant has gone rogue and opted for the allure of Yamaha. Can someone send them a fruit basket as a peace offering? It’s getting messy out there!
So, what does it all mean for Ducati, Marquez, and Bagnaia? Will the two riders be sharing space without throwing a tantrum worthy of a toddler? Or will we witness the birth of a rivalry that would make even the ancient gladiators break a sweat? Only time will tell.
Final Thoughts
In closing, folks, stay tuned! The MotoGP world is shifting faster than my diet plans after a pizza binge. Will Marquez’s presence bring much-needed excitement to the Ducati team, or will it wreak havoc? One thing’s for certain: we’re all in for a bumpy—if not outrageously hilarious—ride!
So, rev those engines and let’s buckle up, because this is just the beginning!
