The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, authorized the opening of the Emergency Contracting procedure for the signing of Public Works Contracts for the rehabilitation of the Caiusso/Marimba Section on the National Road – EN 160, in Malanje.
In the same Presidential Dispatch, dated 27 December, the President of the Republic authorized the hiring of a company responsible for providing Inspection Services for the aforementioned contract.
In Dispatch number 286/22, João Lourenço delegates competence to the Minister of Public Works, Urbanism and Housing, with the power to sub-delegate, for the approval of the parts of the procedure, as well as for the verification of the validity and legality of all the acts carried out within the scope of the said procedure for signing them.
It also authorizes the Ministry of Finance to enroll the Project in the Public Investment Program (PIP) and ensure the necessary financial resources for the implementation of the referred contracts.
