THE MINISTER of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection, (Minister of PPPA) Bintang Puspayoga, directly inspected the rest facilities for homecoming travelers provided by Pertamina Patra Niaga, namely Serambi MyPertamina. On this occasion, Bintang Puspayoga appreciated the completeness of services provided by Pertamina Patra Niaga at the MyPertamina Veranda. He stated that this service is a “one-stop service”, because massage chairs, food and drinks, prayer areas, nursery rooms and children’s play areas are available.
The visit was received by the Pertamina Patra Niaga team who was on duty at the KM 57 Rest Area, namely the VP Sales Support of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Aribawa, and the Karawang Retail Sales Area Manager, Achmad Rifqi.
“We would like to express our gratitude for the appreciation given to the MyPertamina Serambi service. The Minister’s message is that the facilities in the breastfeeding room continue to be kept clean. We will continue to pay attention to this so that travelers who use it feel comfortable,” explained Pertamina Patra Niaga Corporate Secretary, Irto Ginting .
Irto said that his party provides the MyPertamina Serambi service, which is a semi-permanent building that travelers can use to rest for a while in the rest area.
“Pertamina Patra Niaga provides 6 MyPertamina Veranda service points for consumers during the homecoming and returning flow of Eid this year. This rest area facility can be used by travelers to take a short break, so that the trip is safer and more comfortable,” said Irto.

MyPertamina Porch Service
The services available at the MyPertamina Veranda include rest area services, Buttonscarves promo, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) skin promo, game console (Playstation 5), free WiFi facilities, reflexology (massage chairs), children’s play area, living room. lactation (nursery room), kitchen for making drinks, mini health clinic, and prayer room.
The MyPertamina Veranda will start operating from 1 April to 16 April 2024, while the location is on the Trans-Java Toll Road, namely Rest Area KM 57 A, Rest Area KM 43 A, Rest Area KM 379A, Rest Area 260B, Rest Area Mojokerto Toll – Surabaya 725 A, and Pandaan Malang Toll Rest Area 66 A.
“All services and facilities at Serambi MyPertamina can be enjoyed by Pertamina customers for free. Customers only need to show the MyPertamina application when they want to enjoy the Serambi MyPertamina facilities,” added Irto.
