Power Rangers Actor Wanted by Police After Assaulting Elderly Man in Idaho

An actor from the popular show Power Rangers is actively being sought by the police in Idaho, USA, for allegedly physically attacking an elderly man using a walker before fleeing in a car, reports station KTVB.

The incident occurred on July 26 in a parking lot in the city of Nampa.

It was the broadcast of a video of the altercation on social media that alerted the authorities.

In the video, a man believed to be 35-year-old actor Hector David Rivera is seen pushing an elderly man to the point where the latter falls to the ground with his walker. Afterwards, the thirty-something aggressively points at the elder while shouting at him, then gets into his vehicle and leaves the scene.

Passersby then helped the elderly man get back on his feet, and he is reportedly doing well.

Police, strongly believing that the assailant is Hector David Rivera, have issued an arrest warrant for the actor for assault.

By Wednesday afternoon, the suspect had not yet been located by authorities.

The actor, originally from Connecticut, who also goes by Hector David Jr., is primarily known for his role as Mike, the Green Power Ranger, in the reboot of the popular show that aired in 2011, Power Rangers: Samurai.

The 35-year-old man appears to have deleted all of his social media accounts since the event on July 26.
