Sirens wailed once more across Ukraine on Wednesday to warn of airstrikes. Russia fired numerous rockets, which hit the south and east of the country in particular. But Mayor Vitali Klitschko also reported an attack on the critical infrastructure in the capital Kyiv, and the water supply was interrupted. The capital region was without electricity, at least three people died. According to Mayor Andriy Sadovy, the lights also went out in the western city of Lviv.
