Babil Police Command announced, on Saturday, the arrest of a suspect in possession of a “gram of drugs” in the south of the province.
The police said in a statement, “The Hilla-Qadisiyah control detachments were able, through their joint security measures, at one of the main entrances in the south of the province, to arrest a suspect in possession of regarding (1 gram) of narcotics, the type of crystal meth.”
In its statement, the leadership indicated that “legal measures will be taken and the suspect will be handed over to the competent authority.”
