Tobing Post gave an ultimatum to three music group members Kotak to comply with legal proceedings regarding reports of alleged copyright infringement.
The former Kotak drummer underwent questioning at Polda Metro Jaya on Wednesday (4/10) regarding his report once morest Tantri, Cella and Chua.
He felt trampled because his summons not to perform the song he wrote was ignored by the band.
“So you might say, for Tantri, Cella and Chua, let’s face the legal process. You’ve been banned, you’ve been given a summons, you’re still carrying it, don’t heed the summons,” said Posan Tobing, as reported detikHotWednesday (4/10).
“I personally feel that my moral rights have really been trampled on. My economic rights too,” he continued.
According to Posan’s statement, his party only prohibited Kotak from performing songs he had written personally, or while he was still with Kotak and other producers, such as Pay and Dewiq.
However, Posan claimed that Kotak did not comply with the ban and continued to perform works that he had banned.
“So I personally forbid Tantri, Cella and Chua from performing my works,” said Posan.
“We gave a summons yesterday, but we didn’t heed it, even now they say they are still bringing it. Great,” he quipped.
