On the evening of February 11, a clip of more than 1 minute recording the scene of the driver of a Porsche brand car blocking the car moving in the same direction to curse and spit was shared on social networks. The incident caused a traffic jam on the elevated ring road 3, from Mai Dich to Linh Dam (Hanoi).
According to the image in the clip, a Porsche driver with a Hanoi license plate stopped the car across the ring road 3 on high (the section through Me Tri, Nam Tu Liem), stopped a Hyundai brand car with license plate number 29A-606. XX.
After the two cars stopped, the Porsche driver repeatedly asked the Hyundai driver to open the door and cursed. When the opponent lowered the window, the male Porsche driver spat into the car.
The person who posted the clip is Mr. D.TP. According to Mr. P., Porsche cars drove in the emergency lane of the ring road 3 on high. At the stop, the Porsche pulled into the inner lane, but the Hyundai driver did not allow it, so a dispute arose.
A representative of Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 (Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police) said that following receiving complaints, the unit coordinated with professional teams to verify the incident.
Previously, on September 16, 2022, Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 (Traffic Police Division, Hanoi City Police) fined 2.5 million VND and stripped the driver’s license for 2 months. Mr. T. has the act of pinching other cars to obstruct traffic on the elevated ring road 2.
