Another very cool pop-up cocktail bar has opened in Amsterdam: La Maison by Rémy Cointreau! In this beautiful, arty bar you drink exciting cocktails, surrounded by art, and snacks are served at star level. Trust us: you want to go here!
Pop-up cocktail bar Amsterdam: ‘La Maison by Rémy Cointreau’
In the center of Amsterdam is the top floor of Fosbury & Sons transformed into a special cocktail bar in which you keep making new discoveries. You end up in a completely different atmosphere per room. From a luxurious cocktail bar, to a warm living room, to a romantic corner for two. And that’s just a tip of the veil! This Alice in Wonderland feeling immediately makes the evening special. In addition, artist paul lucker specially designed for these pop-up cocktail glasses from Heinen Delft Blue ceramics, and you will find his art everywhere in the bar.
Exciting cocktails and signature bites at star level
In addition to the exciting cocktails – for example, we were huge fans of the Islay’s Desire, containing The Botanist Gin, roasted rosemary and grapefruit juice – there are also fantastic snacks on the menu. Chef Niven Kunz van Michelin Green Star-restaurant Triptych has especially for ‘La Maison by Rémy Cointreau’ signature bar bites developed. And they fit perfectly with the drinks that are served. An oyster with yellow tail and radish, for example, or a beautiful plate with North Sea crab, chestnut and yellow beetroot.
Mixology workshop or special theme evening
And if you are looking for a really special evening, you can follow a Mixology workshop, for example, or visit one of the theme evenings, with DJs and guest bartenders from the high-end bars Door 74 and The Tailor:
- 10 & 11 november: Cointreau nights! An elegant kick-off where even Alfred Cointreau is present.
- 12 & 19 november: The Botanist themed evening, highlighting the botanical heritage of the Isle of Islay.
- 14, 17 & 18 november: Rémy Martin takes over the pop-up, providing a premium brandy experience in combination with music from the 20s & 70s

This exclusive pop-up bar is open until November 19, so don’t miss it! Tickets for the pop-up cost € 20, which gives you access to all rooms and a cocktail, tickets for the various workshops cost € 39. Places are limited, so make sure to reserve a spot!
