Polo Obrero will mobilize in Regina due to the withdrawal of social programs

Within the framework of the national protest called for this Tuesday by the Piquetera Unit, the Polo Obrero de Regina announced that it will carry out a partial interruption to traffic on Route 22 near the roundabout to access this city.

The claim day was convened by the Suspension of 160,000 beneficiaries of the Potenciar Trabajo programwho will stop receiving aid in March.

“The national government of Fernández, Cristina and Massa have taken this measure, which is applied by the Minister of Development, Tolosa Paz, but which is ordered by the IMF as part of the adjustment carried out by the government, which is said to be national and popular”, they pointed out from the Piquetero Unit in the call for mobilization and demand in different cities of the country.

In Villa Regina, the Polo Obrero announced that this morning they will focus on the section of Route 22 between the roundabout to access the city and the intersection with Avenida San Martín, to carry out a partial interruption to traffic with the traffic cut in one of the traffic directions.

They added that “in addition to rejecting the drop in economic assistance for 160,000 families, which deepens poverty, We denounce the tariffs and the increase in food prices that constitute a beastly adjustment against the working people”.
