In Nigeria, President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday ordered a thorough investigation into the attack by a military drone which “accidentally” killed at least 85 people, including women and children, in the state of Kaduna, in the north of the country.

In Senegal, the final stretch for collecting sponsorships, first phase in the presidential race. The “candidates” have until this Sunday to obtain a little more than 44,000 signatures from citizens.
